Refund policy

At ZARVEN, your satisfaction matters. We carefully inspect every piece before sending it out.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, you may return it immediately to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for exchange:
• The product must be unused, unwashed and in original condition, with all tags attached.
• The issue must be reported in the presence of the delivery person.

Once the item is accepted by our delivery partner:
• We will exchange it with the correct item (if available).
• If the correct item is not available, you may select an item of equal value or receive a refund.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days of acceptance of the originally sent product.

Please note:
• Delivery/return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the item is genuinely defective or incorrect.
• Items that have been washed, worn or altered after delivery are not eligible for exchange or refund.
